6-7 canned apricot halves
2-1/2 C. pineapple juice, chilled
1 C. crushed ice
Recipe
Put apricots in blender container; cover and run on speed 3 (low) to make 3/4 C. purée.
Add remaining ingredients; cover and run on speed 7 (high) for 1 minute or until smooth and frosty
Makes 2-3 servings
