    2 c. pineapple juice
    2 c. ginger ale
    4 scoops pineapple sherbet

    Recipe



    Fill 2 glasses each 1/2 way with pineapple juice; drop 2 scoops of sherbet into each one.

    Fill to the top with ginger ale, and stir until slightly mixed. Serve immediately
