Pineapple Lemonade

List of Ingredients




1 cup sugar
3 cups lemon juice
6 cups water
1 1/2 cups pineapple juice
5 cups ice, crushed
18 strawberries
2 lemon, thinly sliced
1 small pineapple, peeled, cored, cut into small pieces
1 liter seltzer water
1 block ice


In punch bowl, combine the lemon juice and sugar with 6 cups of water. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Add pineapple juice, seltzer, strawberries, pineapple pieces, and lemon slices. Add ice block.

To serve, fill each glass 1/3 full of crushed ice. Pour in lemonade. Be sure each glass gets a strawberry, pineapple piece and lemon slice.
