    4 ounces apple juice
    1 teaspoon lemon juice
    dash of grenadine
    chilled ginger ale
    apple slice

    Pour ingredients except for apple slice into a Highball glass with some ice and stir. Top up with ginger ale. Garnish with an apple slice.
