    Wedge of lemon
    Coarse salt
    2 ounces vodka
    Chilled fresh grapefruit juice

    Frost the rim of a highball glass using lemon juice and coarse salt. Half-fill the glass with ice cubes and pour in the vodka. Top up with chilled grapefruit juice to taste. Garnish with the lemon wedge.
