2 quarts lime sherbet
4 quarts gingerale, chilled
Recipe
Mash sherbet into small pieces with a large spoon, or use electric mixer right in the punch bowl
Add chilled gingerale; stirring until sherbet Slightly melts. Serve Immediately!
Makes 6 quarts or 48 punch cup servings
