    9 cups cubed seeded, watermelon, divided
    1 cup white rum
    1/4 cup fresh lime juice
    3 tbsp sugar
    1 (10-ounce) cannon-alcoholic frozen strawberry daiquiri mix, thawed and undiluted

    Place half of watermelon cubes in a bowl: cover and freeze until firm.
    Place remaining watermelon cubes, white rum, and remaining ingredients in a blender, and process until smooth.
    Pour half of the pureed mixture into a large pitcher.
    Add frozen watermelon cubes to remaining pureed mixture in blender, and process until smooth.
    Pour pureed mixture into large pitcher.
    Serve immediately over ice.
    Yield: 15 servings (servings size: 1/2 cup)
