1 ounce chocolate liqueur
1 ounce rum
1/8 of fresh melon
1 teaspoon chocolate powder
1 teaspoon sugar syrup (to taste)
2 ounces milk
Shredded chocolate and 2 fresh mint leaves for garnish
Peel and seed the melon, then put all the ingredients except for garnish into a blender with 6 ice cubes. Pour the frothy mixture into a tall glass and garnish with shredded chocolate and a couple of fresh mint leaves.
