    3 Tablespoons Light Rum
    1/4 Cup Cream of Coconut
    1/4 Cup Pineapple Juice
    1 Scoop Crushed Ice
    4 Tablespoons Frozen Pureed Strawberries
    2 Tablespoons Blue Gelatin Mix (recipe follows)
    - 1 (6) oz. Package Blue Gelatin
    - 1 Cup Hot Water
    - 1 Cup Blue Curacao

    Dissolve package of Jell-O in hot water and add the Blue Curacao. Gelatin should be firm in approximately 4 hours.

    Puree the strawberries with some ice and layer in the bottom of a glass.

    Blend the rum, cream of coconut, pineapple juice and ice in a blender until smooth. Gently pour this Piña Colada mixture (over the back of a spoon) on top of the strawberries to create a layered effect.

    Cut the blue jello in pieces, then beat it with a blender to "chop" it fine. Carefully layer (with a spoon) the blue gelatin on top of the drink. Garnish with a pineapple slice and a cherry.

    Note: For a non-alcoholic version leave the Blue Curacao out (make blue jello using the regular jiggler recipe) and leave the rum out of the Pina Colada mixture.
