    1 cup milk
    1 cup vanilla ice cream
    1 cup strawberries
    1 medium ripe banana, peeled and broken into pieces
    1 teaspoon vanilla

    Place all ingredients into a blender and blend on high until smooth, about 30 seconds. Serve immediately. Makes two servings.
