Strawberry Apple Smoothie

List of Ingredients

1 1/2 c sliced fresh or frozen strawberries, thawed
2 T frozen apple juice concentrate
1-2 tsp sugar
3-4 large ice cubes


Place strawberries, apple juice and sugar in blender. Cover and blend till smooth.

Add ice cubes one at a time and blend well
