    3 tablespoons ricotta cheese (or cottage cheese)
    1 1/2 cups water
    3 tablespoons vanilla-flavored EAS Simply Whey shake mix
    1 teaspoon Crystal Light drink mix, pineapple-orange flavor (dry powder, unprepared)
    1 teaspoon orange flavor KoolAid drink mix (unsweetened dry powder)
    2 tablespoons sugar-free vanilla syrup
    1 tablespoon sugar-free coconut syrup
    1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
    2 cups ice

    Recipe



    Puree in a blender until thick and smooth.

    TIP: Measure out packets of the dry mix in bulk for quick preparation on busy mornings. Serves one.
