    1 1/2 cups orange juice
    1 cup strawberries, rinsed, hulled and halved
    2 kiwi, peeled and quartered
    1 whole mango, peeled, seeded and cut in chunks
    1 to 2 Tbsp honey
    1/2 cup seltzer
    Ice cubes (optional)

    Whirl all ingredients except seltzer in a blender until smooth. Divide evenly between 4 glasses; stir in seltzer. Serve over ice.
