    5 ounces dry white wine
    1 ounce brandy
    1/2 teaspoon sugar syrup (optional)
    Dash of Angostura bitters
    Dash of Kümmel
    Chilled soda
    Twist of cucumber peel

    Shake wine, brandy, sugar syrup, bitters, and Kümmel with cracked ice and serve in a Highball glass or large goblet. Top up with soda and garnish with cucumber.
