4 cups All Purpose Flour
1 Tbsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
2/3 cup Butter, sweetened
4 ea Whole Eggs
1 Tbsp. Vanilla
1 cup Evaporated Milk


Recipe



In a mixing bowl place the flour, baking powder, salt and brown sugar and mix throughly. Dice the butter into 1/4" cubes and meal into the flour. Mix the eggs, vanilla, cream and mix with the flour mixture. Spray a 6oz. muffin tin and coat with granulated sugar. Scoop 1/4 cup into each muffin tin and bake at 375° until golden brown. To be served with strawberries and sweetened whipped cream.
