    List of Ingredients




    3 ounces pineapple juice
    3 ounces orange juice
    1/2 ounce lemon juice
    Dash of grenadine
    dash of angostura bitters
    chilled or sparkling water
    slice of pineapple
    maraschino cherry

    Shake the fruit juices, grenadine and bitter thoroughly. Pour over ice in a tall glass. Top up with water, soda water, or sparkling water. Decorate with a pineapple slice and maraschino cherry.
