List of Ingredients




1 1/2 c. bread flour
2 c. whole wheat pastry flour
1 heaping T. baking powder
2 T. brown sugar
1/2 t. salt
3/4 t. cream of tartar
1/2 c. butter

Process together in a food processor until crumbly.

1/4 c. olive oil
1 egg
1 c. milk

Mix and add until moistened. Knead a little. Pat out to one inch thick, then cut with biscuit cutter. Put in a pan and cook at 450 for 15 minutes.
