Whipped Heavy Cream Biscuits

1-3/4 cups unbleached wheat flour
1 cup whipping cream
2-1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
Mix ingredients until dough forms a ball. Additional cream if dough is too dry. Place dough on a floured cloth. Lightly knead, adding flour if too moist. Roll dough into 1/2-inch thick round. Cut with 2-inch floured cutter. Place biscuits on baking sheet and bake till golden brown at 450 degrees (approximately 10 minutes).
