    2 sticks butter, melted
    1 (12-ounce) carton cottage cheese
    1 (8-ounce) package frozen chopped broccoli
    1 package Tyson diced chicken breast
    4 eggs
    2 medium onions, chopped
    2 boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix

    Recipe



    Melt butter in a 9 X 13 inch pan. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour into pan. Bake at 375 F for 35 minutes or until brown on top.
