2 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
3 Tablespoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup milk
1/3 cup oil
1 egg
1 cup raspberry preserves
1 cup cream cheese
1 cup coarse sugar


Recipe



Mix eggs, oil, and milk. Combine all dry ingredients into egg mixture. Fill half of muffin pan with batter. Place 1 tablespoon jam and a small piece of cream cheese on each muffin. Fill up tins with remaining batter. Sprinkle tops of muffins with sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 22 minutes.
