Cinnamon Monkey Bread

3 tablespoons of margarine, melted
1 teaspoon of margarine, melted
1/4 cup of granulated sugar
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1 10 oz. package of ready to bake refrigerated buttermilk flaky biscuits
Using a pastry brush, brush some of the margarine over the bottom and sides of a 7 3/8 x 3 5/8 x 2 1/4 inch nonstick loaf pan. Preheat your oven to 350ºF. In a small bowl combine the sugar and cinnamon, stir to combine and set aside. Cut each biscuit into quarters, dip each quarter into the remaining margarine. then into the sugar mixture, turning lightly to coat and using all of the margarine and sugar mixture. Layer biscuits quarters in the loaf pan and bake until the loaf is browned, usually 30 to 35 minutes. Invert the pan onto serving platter and let the loaf stand in the pan for 1 minute, carefully remove the loaf from the pan. Serve warm!
