    For a large batch:


    milk 1 cup
    butter 8 tbs.
    eggs 2
    sugar 1/2 cup
    salt 1/2 tsp.
    all purpose flour 4 cups
    yeast 2 tsp.


    filling:

    melted butter 2 tbs.

    Directions for shaping:

    Remove dough from machine and roll into 1 or 2 circles. Brush with butter or a very thin filling and cut circles into eight pieces. Roll each piece, starting from thick end, into the center, forming a cresent shape. Brush top with any remaining butter. Place on greased baking sheet, cover and let rise for approximately 30 minutes. Bake in a preheated 325 degree oven for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
