    Grandma Bogey Orange Rolls

    1 cup scalded milk
    1-1/2 cups evaporated milk
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    3 envelopes dry yeast
    2 eggs
    3/4 cup shortening
    7 cups flour
    1/2 cup warm water

    FILLING
    1 cup sugar
    1/2 cup softened butter
    1 grated orange rind
    Orange juice

    Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add all ingredients to warm milk. Let rest 15 minutes. Roll out as for jelly roll and spread with filling. Roll up and cut into 1" slices. Put into greased muffin tins. Let raise 1-1/2 to 2 hours. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes. Makes 24 rolls.

    Filling: Blend butter and sugar. Squeeze in enough orange juice to soften into a spread. Add orange rind. Spread on dough.
