2 1/4 teaspoons of yeast
2 1/2 cups of bread flour
1/2 cup of whole wheat flour
1/3 cup of wheat germ, toasted
1 tablespoon of orange zest, grated
1 1/2 teaspoons of salt
2 tablespoons of brown sugar, dark
4 tablespoons of powdered milk
2 tablespoons of butter or margarine
1 1/4 cups of water, plus 1 tablespoon
1/2 cup of fruits, dried, mixed

Place all ingredients in machine and push start! Use raisin bread cycle if possible, adding dried fruit at the beep.
