1 cup of potato or plain water
1/2 cup of mashed potatoes
2 cups of unbleached all purpose flour
1 tablespoon of sugar
2 teaspoons of caraway seeds, optional
1/4 to 1 teaspoon of salt to taste
1 1/2 teaspoon of active dry yeast

Pour the potato water or plain water into the baking pan of your bread machine and add the mashed potato, flour, sugar, caraway seeds and yeast, following the directions for leavening that came with your particular machine. Use a quick bake cycle for this loaf.
