    11-12 ounces water
    1 1/2 teaspoons salt
    2 tablespoons butter or margarine
    2 tablespoons honey
    2 3/4 cup white flour
    1 cup spelt flour
    2/3 cup oatmeal
    1 tablespoon vital gluten
    2 1/4 teaspoon yeast

    Add all ingredients to bread machine. I used the regular cycle on my Regal machine--3 hours total. Light, sweet and delicious!
