Marmalade Biscuits

1/2 cup orange marmalade
2 cups Bisquick baking mix
2 tbsp. soft butter
1/2 c. cold water
Recipe
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Mix marmalade and butter;
spread in a 8x8x2 baking pan. In another bowl stir baking mix and water to a soft-dough. Gently form dough into a ball on a floured board. Knead five times. Roll into an 8 inch square, place on top of marmalade butter mixture in pan.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes. Invert pan on serving plate.
Break up into biscuits as you move them to a platter.
Serve warm.
