3 cups sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
4 large eggs
1 Tablespoon plus 2 teaspoons baking soda
1 Tablespoon plus 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons salt
One 17-ounce can fruit cocktail, undrained
5 cups flour
1 quart buttermilk
7-1/2 cups Raisin Bran cereal
Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl, beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Bake at 400 degrees in muffin tins for 16 to 18 minutes. Batter keeps up to 3 weeks refrigerated.
Makes: 4-1/2 dozen muffins.
