    List of Ingredients





    1 c Sweet potatoes; cooked
    1 c Biscuit mix
    1 c Raisin bran cereal
    1/4 c Honey
    1/3 c Sugar
    1/4 Stick butter
    1 ds Cinnamon
    1 ds Nutmeg
    2 Eggs
    1/2 c Pecans; optional


    Mix all ingredients.
    Spray muffin tins with cooking spray.

    Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
