Pistachio Nut Bread

1 package of yellow cake mix
1/4 cup of water
4 eggs
1/4 cup of oil
1 package of pistachio instant pudding
1 cup of sour cream
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 cup of brown sugar
1/2 cup of nuts, chopped
Mix first 6 ingredients. Pour 1/2 of mixture into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Mix together cinnamon, brown sugar, and nuts. Sprinkle 1/2 of brown sugar mixture into batter and swirl with a knife being careful not to touch sides or bottom. Pour remaining batter over the first layer. Sprinkle with other half of brown sugar mix and swirl again. Bake at 350ºF. for 50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
