1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. orange zest (optional, but good)

place dough on a lightly floured surface, gently push out extra air bubbles.
Now work in 6 oz semi-sweet chocolate bits.
Try to incorporate the chocolate evenly.
Place in a greased 9" bread pan or divide and
make rolls, or even make a wreath to be iced.
Using two small bread pans allows this to be sliced for a coffee or tea break.
Let dough rise til almost double, brush top with melted butter & bake.
Oven: 350F Approx. 25-30 min.
Serve plain or with a cream cheese spread.
Let this cool completely before slicing.
Toasting is not recommended, unless you omit
the chocolate bits.
