    White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Muffins

    2 cups self raising flour
    2/3 cup sugar
    3/4 cup white chocolate bits
    1/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts
    2 ozs. butter, melted
    3/4 cup milk
    1 egg lightly beaten

    Grease muffin pan. Sift dry ingredients into large bowl, stir in remaining ingredients.

    Spoon mixture into prepared pan.

    Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 25 minutes.
