Whole Wheat Banana Muffins

3/4 cup of whole wheat flour
3/4 cup of white flour
2 teaspoons of baking powder
3/4 cup of oatmeal
1 egg
3/4 cup of milk
1/3 cup of mashed banana
1/4 cup of salad oil
1/4 cup of honey
Combine the flours, baking powder, salt, and oatmeal. Stir. Beat egg, stir in milk, banana, salad oil, and honey. Pour into flour mixture and stir until evenly moist. Spoon into greased muffin cups and bake for 14 minutes at 400ºF.
Makes 12 muffins
