0.25 cups Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup all purpose flour
1.5 cups bran
0.25 cups wheat germ
1.5 teaspoon salt
1.5 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups Dannon® Apple Cinnamon low fat
0.5 cups molasses
0.5 cups raisins
0.5 cups chopped nuts (optional)
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine the flours, bran, wheat germ, salt, and soda, and make a well in the center. In a separate bowl, mix the remaining ingredients (yogurt, molasses, oil, raisins, nuts). Pour the yogurt mixture into the dry mixture, and stir just enough to moisten. Spoon the batter into 12 oiled muffin tins. Bake for 18 minutes or until a tester comes out clean
