• 1 egg
• 2 cups Bisquick baking mix
• 3/4 cup apple, peeled & finely chop
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 2/3 cup milk
• 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
• 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon


Recipe



Preheat oven to 400F. Great the bottoms of 12 medium muffin cups. Beat egg slightly, then stir in remaining ingredients and mix just until moistened. Pour batter evenly into muffin tins. Bake 15-17 minutes, until golden brown.
