    Chocolate Banana Bran Muffins

    1 c. low fat milk
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 1/2 C. All Bran cereal (I used bran flakes)
    1 C. all purpose flour
    2 egg whites
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 C. unsweetened applesauce
    1 large banana
    1/2 c. mini chocolate chips (I recommend Milk Chocolate)

    Recipe



    Mix milk, vinegar and bran and let sit for 15-30 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Stir to combine. Pour into muffin pans which have been sprayed with Pam. Bake for 15-16 minutes at 375. Let cool in pan for 5 minutes and enjoy!

    I recommend you store these in the refrigerator. If you are following the WW program, this makes 12 servings at 2 points per serving.
