4 ounces semisweet chocolate squares
1 cup butter
1 cup flour
1 3/4 cups granulated sugar
4 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup pecans finely chopped


Recipe



Melt chocolate with butter (you may use unsweetened chocolate). Combine flour and sugar. Add eggs and melted chocolate mixture to flour mixture. Stir well. Add pecans and vanilla. Pour in paper muffin cups in muffin tins. Bake at 300 degrees for 40 to45 minutes. makes 24 large or 48 small muffins.
