List of Ingredients
1 can (17 oz.) creamed corn
1 can (4 oz) Ortega diced green chilies
3/4 cup milk
2 slightly beaten eggs
1/2 cup Wesson oil
1 cup cornmeal
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 Tbsp. salt
1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
Recipe
Mix all ingredients in order with spoon. Mix 1/2 to 3/4 Cheddar cheese.
Mix through batter and sprinkle on top. Grease casserole and bake at 400 degrees 45 minutes uncovered. Sprinkle cayenne pepper on top. Let cool.
