    2 1/2 cups self-rising flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/4 cup grated sharp cheddar
    3/4 cup sliced olives (use all pimento-stuffed green, all ripe or a mixture)
    8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
    1/4 cup EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
    1 egg, beaten
    1 cup milk
    1 Tbsp. Dijonaise
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

    Recipe



    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Oil a 9" loaf pan with olive oil.

    2. In a large bowl, stir together the flour, sugar, cheddar, olives and bacon.

    3. In medium bowl, whisk together the Olive Oil, egg, milk, Dijonaise and Worcestershire.

    4. Stir the milk mixture into the flour mixture, stirring just until moistened.

    5. Turn into prepared pan and bake 35 to 40 minutes or until bread tests done with a toothpick. Cool on a wire rack. 6. Slice and serve.

    Makes 1 loaf.
