Peanut Butter & Honey Muffins

List of Ingredients




1 1/2 cups of flour
2 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/2 cup of brown sugar
6 tablespoons of melted butter
1/2 cup of peanut butter
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup of honey
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1/4 cup of milk



Recipe



In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt and brown sugar. In another bowl, combine the melted butter, peanut butter, eggs, honey, vanilla and milk. Combine the two mixtures pouring the liquid ingredients into the dry. Stir only until blended. Spoon into buttered muffin cup. Bake at 375 degrees F. for 18 to 20 minutes. Cool a few minutes before removing from muffin pan. Serve slightly warm.
