    3 C. self-rising flour
    1 (12 ounces) beer, room temperature
    4 T. butter, melted
    2 T. sugar

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients except melted butter.
    Pour into well-greased pan.
    Bake at 350* for 45 minutes.
    Remove from oven, pour melted butter over the bread, and return to oven for an additional
    10 minutes.

    Makes 1 loaf.
