• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 3/4 cup cornmeal
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 3/4 cups milk
• 1 egg, beaten
• 1/2 pound bulk pork sausage, crumbled
Recipe
Preheat oven to 425F. Grease muffin pan. Combine first five ingredients, then mix in the remaining ingredients. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake 25 minutes or until golden brown.
