Strawberry Cinnamon Bruschetta

1 1/2 cups sliced strawberries
2 Tablespoons honey
2 Tablespoons chopped fresh mint leaves OR 1/4 teaspoon mint extract
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
1 Tablespoon lime juice
2 Tablespoons butter -- softened
4 slices day-old country bread (1/2 to 3/4-inch thick)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon sugar
Plain yogurt or sour cream
Recipe
In a bowl, combine the strawberries, honey, mint, 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon and lime juice; toss gently. Toast bread until lightly browned. Spread bread with butter and sprinkle with 1 teaspoon cinnamon and sugar. Top with the strawberry mixture. Serve with a dollop of yogurt or sour cream.
Makes 4 bruschettas.
