    Makes 20 rolls

    DOUGH:
    2 c. cooked mashed sweet potato
    9 tbsp. melted margarine (1 stick & 1
    tbsp.)
    1/2 c. milk
    2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    5 tbsp. baking powder
    1 tbsp. salt

    FILLING:
    6 tbsp. melted margarine
    3/4 c. raisins
    1 tbsp. cinnamon

    GLAZE:
    1 2/3 c. sifted powdered sugar
    2 tbsp. milk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla

    Recipe



    For dough: Combine sweet potato, margarine and milk. Stir in dry ingredients, mixing until well blended. When soft dough forms, roll dough on floured surface into a 12 x 15 inch rectangle. Combine filling ingredients and sprinkle over dough. Roll dough lengthwise, pinching the seams together. Cut dough into 3/4 inch slices and place close together in greased baking pan. Bake until golden brown at 425 degrees for 15-20 minutes. While rolls are baking, combine glaze. When rolls are done, remove from the oven and immediately spoon the glaze over the rolls.
