    1 dozen frozen blintzes (any kind)
    1/4 pound of margarine
    3/4 cup of sugar
    2 1/4 cups of sour cream
    1 1/2 tablespoon of vanilla
    6 eggs
    Cinnamon

    Melt the margarine in the bottom of a large rectangular dish. Lay blintzes in a single layer on the bottom and sprinkle with cinnamon. Beat eggs vigorously and slowly add sugar, sour cream and vanilla. Pour over blintzes.
    Bake at 350�F. for 50 minutes. Serve with fresh fruit salad if desired, or try warming up some blueberry or apple pie filling.
