    4 medium croissants, split in half horizontally
    2 cups grated Swiss Cheese
    ¼ cup grated Parmesan
    ¼ cup crumbled Feta cheese
    5 large eggs
    1 cup milk
    ½ tsp pepper
    ¼ tsp nutmeg

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350 degrees and cover with vegetable oil spray, four souffle dishes. Place the bottom half of each croissant into a dish, cut side up. Spread Swiss cheese, Parmesan and Feta over croissant. In medium bowl, beat the eggs, milk and seasonings until frothy. Replace the tops and pour 2/3 cup of the egg mixture over each croissant. Bake for 20 minutes or until the eggs are set and the croissants are a golden brown.
    Serves 4
