    2 bananas, peeled and frozen
    1-1/2 cup skim milk
    8 ounces vanilla yogurt
    1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
    2 shots espresso

    In a blender container, combine all ingredients. Blend until smooth. If desired, garnish with fresh bananas and mint.

    Makes: Two 12-ounce servings.
