Ed Radzvilla Breakfast Wraps

List of Ingredients
4 eggs
thyme
cayenne pepper
garlic powder
vegetable spray
4 slices bacon
4 6-inch flour tortillas
3/4 cup leftover flavored rice (fried rice, spanish rice, etc.)
shredded cheese
Recipe
In a small bowl, whisk one egg and a dash each of thyme, cayenne, and garlic powder. Heat a 6-inch skillet to medium heat. Spray skillet with vegetable spray. Pour egg mixture into skillet, evenly coating bottom of skillet. Cook egg, flipping once, until done. Repeat with remaining three eggs.
Cook bacon, heat rice, and warm tortillas.
Place one tortilla on a plate. Cover with one egg round. Lay one strip of bacon in the center, and add 3 Tbs. rice. Sprinkle on a little cheese. Fold in half, securing with a toothpick. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
