Ham and Cheese Strudel

1 package Pepperidge Farm pastry sheets
1 lb. of Ham finely chopped
2 cups of shredded Mozerella Cheese
1 cup of crumbled Blue Cheese
4 stalks of Celery
1 large Tomato
Preheat oven to 375 F
Follow directions for thawing out pastry sheets
Roll out so forms a square approximately 12 x 8
Mix together ham, cheese, celery and tomato
Spread filling lenghwise in a 5 inch strip to within 2 inches of edges. Fold sides first, then bottom and top.
Place seam side down on greased baking sheet
Brush with melted butter or beaten egg
Bake until golden brown around 45 minutes
Each sheet serves 3
