1 lb. ground beef
1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
1 cup chopped onions
1 cup rice, uncooked
2 tsp. salt
3 cups tomatoes
pepper to taste
1/2 cup water
Recipe
Brown meat, onions, garlic, and bell pepper in skillet. Drain the beef. Put the beef back in the skillet and add rice, tomatoes, water, and seasonings. Cover and simmer on top of the stove for 30-40 minutes or until rice is well done.
